Constipation, that is, not having an easy bowel movement daily, is one of the most common modern-day chief complaints. Triphala (“tri” = three, “phala” = fruits) is the name of an ancient ayurvedic medicine that is composed of three Indian fruits that can help reduce this bowel irregularity and support colon cell healing and regeneration.
Used in India and Tibet for over 1000 years, this “pillar of gastrointestinal treatment” not only helps generate more efficient digestion, absorption and elimination in the body, but its high vitamin C and antioxidant content enhances the scavenging of toxic free radicals that significantly reduces chronic inflammation in the body. Other studies have confirmed the current well-researched gut-brain relationship by demonstrating that triphala can also help reduce memory loss and promote more effective cognition in Alzheimer’s patients.
Although there are other triphala herbals on the market, this particular organic formula sourced from northern India tests best for me both energetically using my MRT method, as well as clinically in my patient practice. And in contrast to other brands that utilize capsules made from a rather indigestible tapioca extract (“pullulan”), this new Organic Triphala supplement uses an inert, additive-free vegetable capsule.
In concert with Magnesium Citramate and/or CHAMP Pro Plus, Organic Triphala can help reduce even the most stubborn cases of bowel irregularity and chronic constipation.

“Wow. Feeling relief after only 2 days! 2 mag at nite and 1 Triphala in the morning and I have an effortless BM after breakfast without the overstimulation of additional mag in the morning. 2 mags weren't enough and 3 total were too much. This is the baby bear combo! Tests so well, too."
