The body requires certain essential minerals to function optimally. Based on this physiological fact the German biochemist William H. Schuessler in 1873 originated the "cell salt" remedies, also called "tissue salts.” (Note that “salt” refers to any type of readily dissolvable mineral compound, not just sodium chloride or table salt.) Dr. Schuessler found that a deficiency in these minerals could lead to chronic dysfunction and disease in the body, and that supplementation with these cell salts could often restore health.
Alcohol Tincture More Beneficial Than Milk Sugar
Many are familiar with the lactose milk sugar-based pellets found in the Hyland’s brand of cell salts. However, since many individuals don’t want to ingest even these small amounts of sugar and dairy, the alcohol tincture form of cell salts from Europe are offered here on this site. Besides the benefits of having no milk sugar to disturb blood sugar levels in the body as well as no potentially allergenic lactose, these European mineral salts in an alcohol and water dilution are much more easily assimilated and utilized in the body.
6X Cell Salts Don’t Disturb Homeopathic Remedies
The 6X potency has tested superiorly clinically and energetically for me for decades, as well as for other colleagues who utilize energetic testing, including Dr. Michael Adams of Toronto. It should be also noted that cell salts are not succussed and are thus not strictly homeopathic. Therefore, cell salts do not antidote other homeopathic remedies.
See a brief description of each of the cell salts listed above.
4 drops either dropped under the tongue or in a glass of water, held in the mouth for approximately one minute, one to three times a day, or as directed by your health care practitioner, at least ten minutes away from food. (Note that if the drops don’t drop out evenly, it is easiest to drop them into a glass and then add one to two ounces of water for each dose.) Children typically do well with 2 drops of each cell salt, one to three times a day, diluted in water (or juice if necessary). Acute illnesses (influenza) or injuries (joint or dental trauma) may need more frequent daily dosages.
