The #11 Remedy (Aspergillus niger 4X) in the German Isopathic* literature is historically indicated for “paratuberculous“ issues including chronic respiratory weakness, rheumatic joint disease and soft tissue pain and dysfunction, and urogenital issues. Since it is also known for supporting optimal bone and gum functioning, it is often dosed in an alternating manner with #10 Remedy post-dental drilling.
This isotonic remedy is also beneficial in the treatment of chronic focal infections (tonsils, teeth, sinuses, scars) and systemically can help transition a toxic terrain—whether caused by a state of excess or depletion in the body—into a more balanced state of homeostasis.
A great benefit of this highly diluted low potency remedy is that it does not antidote homeopathic remedies. Thus, patients who are on their constitutional remedy can take this supportive isopathic, as well as utilizing it after acute injuries or trauma in conjunction with emergency homeopathic remedies like Arnica.
The #11 drops can be taken orally or applied topically over areas of pain or dysfunction, most typically in conjunction with and alternating with dosing the #10 Remedy.
*Iso-“ meaning “the same,” refers to isopathic remedies such as Aspergillus niger, a non-pathogenic fungal remedy that is used supportively to reduce the inflammatory effects of pathogenic fungal (and bacterial) infections. This is slightly different than the prefix “homeo-“ meaning “similar,” in which homeopathic plant, animal or mineral remedies are prescribed for similar, but not the exact same, symptoms and disease patterns the patient is experiencing.

Dental Cavitation Surgery
I did the whole protocol along with the new #10 and #11 Remedies after my cavitation surgery – it was amazing. This is the 4th day after surgery and there is no swelling or pain in the 2 sites. I didn’t even have to take pain meds and I didn’t have to fill the antibiotic prescription—it just wasn’t necessary and I didn’t think it was worth it to damage my gut good bacteria. Thank you for an excellent protocol to get me through this dental surgery very easily!

UTI’s
Alternating the #10 and #11 Remedies over the lower abdomen above the pubic bone is really reducing my interstitial cystitis episodes. I think it is clearing the inflammation still in the Frankenhauser’s ganglia that we talked about – feeling hopeful!
